The 316L Stainless Steel PW System is designed to produce high-purity Purified Water (PW) for pharmaceutical, biotech, cosmetic and medical device manufacturing. All water-contact parts are constructed from 316L stainless steel with sanitary internal polishing to ensure full compliance with GMP, USP and EP standards.
Description
Working Principle
The system includes complete pre-treatment, RO purification and EDI polishing stages. Raw water passes through quartz sand filtration, activated carbon filtration and softening before entering the RO system. The EDI module then provides continuous, chemical-free deionization. Purified water is stored in a 316L stainless steel tank and maintained through a hygienic circulation loop to ensure stable and microbiologically safe water
